  • Overview

    Research and post cash receipts; review/accept project setups; review/correct project budgets by phase/task; process changes to projects; support for others in the department as assigned.


    • Prepare and enter daily cash receipts
    • Daily review/accept of new projects and add additional phase 99 as appropriate
    • Review/correct project budgets by phase/task on a daily basis
    • Process PIF (project initiation form) changes daily including fee changes
    • Maintain electronic filing of PIF Changes on a daily basis
    • Understand, adhere and participate in the Raba Kistner Health and Safety and Behavior Based Safety Programs and set a good safety example
    • Other duties as assigned by Direct Report



    • Education to include some college hours in accounting/finance
    • Some experience with computerized accounting software preferred
    • Good communication skills to support operations, co-workers, and supervisors
    • Possess valid Texas driver’s license and meet company's auto insurability requirements
    • Math skills to tabulate and verify totals and ability to accurately and efficiently input large volumes of data
    • Ability to produce typed documents
    • Ability to do alpha and numeric filing
    • Ability to work with numbers accurately and repeatedly for an extended period of time and in various formats (tables, columns, etc.)
    • Ability to understand and follow directions
    • Communication skills to interact with coworkers and Direct Report
    • Light lifting and carrying (less than 15 lbs.) to transport files and supplies
    • Presents a professional appearance to best represent the company
    • Ability to comply with all attendance and tardy requirements as per company policy



    • Works in a normal office environment

    Must pass a drug test prior to employment and will be subject to post-accident, random, and reasonable cause testing during employment.
